All food is cooked from scratch, I have never ever used a frozen product. We prepare everything at our place, bring it all refrigerated to the venue of your choice and cook on site. This way, the food is as fresh as it gets…Some of the appetizers include: baby lamb chops, cocktail shrimp, Maryland crab cakes and many many more delicious appetizers

All of my staff is highly trained and very professional. When we arrive to the site, we all have a task assigned, there is no detail that is left unknown. My culinary staff ( chefs) have formal training with master chefs, from Europe to South America and Canada.

Our top notch equipment and food presentation would be a great selling point. We take great pride in our presentation and attention to detail. No detail is left unattended to, our culinary chefs are trained with masters chefs from all over the world. As far as cuisine preferred,  we can do everything from Italian, to French, Indian, Asian, South American or just about everything.

Our servers and bartenders are highly trained as well and majority of them have been with us a minimum of 7 years. Our executive chef has been in the industry a bit over 20 years.

When planning an event, we offer a free consultation: come in and sit down with us, let us custom design a menu and concept just for you. We take your vision and transform it into a well put together plan of action. All of our events are coordinated by one of our full time managers, being with you the entire time of your event.

You won’t be talking to a “sales” person, we do not have a “sales” person in staff. We have managers that would be with you from day one, through creating a great menu, planning your event and all the way through executing the event ( almost holding your hand all the way through).

We never charge a gratuity ( like “other” companies do. We want you to be extra happy and at the end of your event leave gratuity at your discretion. Majority of “other” caterers would set a flat fee of 20% on top of your entire invoice, which we do not.

As far as china, flatware and glassware: we own a tremendous amount of it. This translates into major savings for you, no need for a second mortgage ( ).

Catering Palm Beach is always fun. New trends, new ideas, new displays, always a great chalenge.

With this Holiday season, I have come across quite a bit of “unusual”, unique ideas. My favorite is a heavy cocktail party we recently did in East Palm Beach.

The menu was all 1-2 bites each and included passed around appetizers, a flambee action pasta station, as well as a flambee Steak Diane station.

The guests were blown away when my chefs started to light on fire mini filet mignon….what a picture. The client actually called me the very next day to tell me how each and every one of his guests thought is was the most amazing party ever.
